Old Seminole Heights Home Tour is Sunday, April 5th from 10:30 Am til 5:30 PM. There are some beautiful old homes (with antique cars in front) that you may want to see. The cost is $15.00 per person the day of the tour but only $10.00 if you purchase your tickets through paypal by going to www.oldseminoleheights.com or with cash by stopping into Sherry's Yesterdaze located at 5207 N. Florida Avenue.
The home tour will start at Hillsborough High this year. There is a bicycle route fr those who wish to bicycle the tour and trolleys for those who wish to ride.

Welcome to the Evelyn City Neighborhood
Evelyn City is a subdivision of a large Tampa neighborhood known as Old Seminole Heights and was initially developed in the early 1900s. For the purposes of this blog, the boundaries will be: the Hillsborough River to the north, 275 to the West, 22nd Street to the East and Sligh Ave to the South.
There are many issues that need to be addressed and resolved in the area, however I feel that this is a great neighborhood to live in. We have a wonderful diversity of homes, people, parks, and businesses.
