Local Resident steps down as OSHNA Treasurer Susan Long has worked tirelessly for the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association over the past 8+ years, in the capacity of Treasure and President. Tonight after putting the financial books back in order and working to get the 2009 budget put together and approved, she stepped down as Treasurer of the organization. The amount of time that she has spent on issues facing this neighborhood negatively impacted her own personal needs. Susan has figured out that she needs to look out for herself as no one else will.
I would like to thank Susan for all of the hours she has put in to try and improve our neighborhood and wish her success in whatever the future holds for her. If you are interested in filling the role of Treasurer for OSHNA, please talk to Susan first.
You can talk to Susan and me about all of this at the Evelyn City Pot Luck. Susan is hosting it on Thursday.
